The EU Chaillot Prize is to recognize the work of institutions, civil society groups, individuals, private and public entities in areas oh human rights promotion in the Gulf. The annual prize has been rewarded also to Tawasul for the sake of its 18 months program "Women on Elections" designed to provide the participants with capacity building to run for Omani elections.
